A 60-minute session runs within a 90-minute slot, allowing time to settle and change over.
Health questionnaire
All new clients complete a short, secure health questionnaire before their first session. It’s a separate form linked from your confirmation, and a member of the team reviews every submission before you visit.
Payment & cancellation
Paid in full at booking, securely by card. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund on single sessions; packages are refunded as credit. Under 24 hours is charged in full.
Capacity is two hard-shell plus two soft-shell chambers per slot. Booking, payment and packages run on Fresha; this on-site scheduler is a demonstration of that flow.
