Memberships renew monthly and are built around the hard-shell tier. Prices are confirmed; sessions don’t roll over between months.

No — memberships are built around a consistent monthly rhythm, so sessions don’t carry over between months. If your needs change, most members find it easy to move between tiers. If you’d prefer to buy sessions in bulk with no monthly reset, our session blocks may suit you better.
Yes. Memberships renew monthly and you can move up or down a tier — including switching between Seated, Seated Double and Laydown — or cancel, with notice ahead of your next renewal, all from your account. We keep things flexible — or let the team know and we’ll sort it out.
All tiers are built around our clinical hard-shell chambers, running at full therapeutic pressure with BIBS pure-oxygen delivery — in our Seated (two-seat), Seated Double (the same two-seat chamber, shared with a partner every session) or Laydown chamber. All run at the same full therapeutic pressure with BIBS pure-oxygen delivery. Seated memberships use our two-seat hard-shell chamber (with A/C, red-light therapy and a TV) for one; Seated Double is the same chamber, priced for two people attending every session together; Laydown memberships use our dedicated laydown chamber (with A/C), single-occupancy. Pricing and session counts are shown separately for each above, so you can compare directly.
Every tier includes a discount on food, drink and supplements, and red-light therapy is built into every hard-shell chamber session at no extra cost. Higher tiers add more of each. Further recovery extras — like the cold plunge and compression boots — will join the recovery floor over time, and we'll let members know as each one arrives.
Memberships are personal to you, but Seated tier members can often bring a guest into our two-seat hard-shell chamber for a session — the Laydown chamber is single-occupancy, so that option is only available on Seated. If you and a partner want to attend together every session, our Seated Double tiers are built for exactly that. We also offer bespoke arrangements for couples and households.
