Elite sport is won in recovery. Many athletes use hyperbaric oxygen therapy to support how they recover between sessions — helping them train consistently and stay durable through a season.
An unhurried hour at pressure, set aside for recovery between training blocks, matches or races — time your body isn’t being asked to do anything else.
Breathing concentrated oxygen under pressure increases the amount dissolved in your blood plasma — the reason HBOT is used by elite athletes and professional sports teams around the world.
Like training itself, HBOT is cumulative. Athletes tend to use it as a regular part of their routine — alongside sleep, nutrition and physio — rather than as a one-off.

Getting here
Full-leg Pulsio boots that inflate in rolling waves from the feet upwards — a quiet way to give tired legs some attention after training, travel or a long day on your feet. We set the pressure and mode to suit you, from a light squeeze to a firm hold. Book them on their own, or pair them with a chamber session.
Yes. HBOT is used by athletes and professional sports teams around the world as part of their recovery routine, alongside training, sleep and nutrition. It isn’t a treatment for injury — if you’re managing one, speak to your medical team before booking.
Most athletes book our hard-shell chambers, which are adjustable up to 2 ATA with BIBS near-pure oxygen delivery. Choose the seated two-seat or the laydown — and if you’re new to HBOT, a soft-shell session is a gentle way to start.
HBOT works cumulatively, so consistency matters more than any single session. The International Board of Undersea Medicine suggests a minimum of around 10 sessions to begin experiencing the benefits in a wellness context, which is why our block packages bring the per-session price down.
