Cookie policy.

What cookies this website uses, why, and how to manage them in your browser.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and — where you allow it — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Similar technologies such as local storage work in much the same way, and this policy covers those too.

02The cookies we use

We group the cookies on this site into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: for example, keeping a booking in progress as you move through the booking steps. These cannot be switched off.
  • Preferences— remember choices you make, such as dismissing a notice, so you aren’t asked again on every visit.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type) in aggregate, so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent. Our analytics provider is being finalised and this policy will be updated to name it before any analytics cookies are set.

03Third-party cookies

Some pages embed content or services from third parties — for example map links, our booking system, or externally hosted imagery. These providers may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies rather than ours. We keep third-party embeds to a minimum.

04Managing cookies

You are in control. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings — every major browser lets you:

  • see the cookies stored on your device and delete them;
  • block third-party cookies, or all cookies from specific sites;
  • clear all cookies when you close the browser.

Look for “cookies” in your browser’s settings or help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each have a dedicated guide). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site — such as booking — from working properly.

05Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time — for example when we add or change a service that uses cookies. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date above.
