Terms of service.

Sessions run for around 60 minutes at pressure within a 90-minute slot. Please arrive in good time for your appointment — arriving late may shorten your session or, where the schedule does not allow it, require rebooking.

All new clients must complete a short health questionnaire before their first session. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a session where the questionnaire, or information you give us, suggests the therapy may not be safe or appropriate for you — including where a contraindication is present. Where we decline a session on safety grounds, any payment for that session will be refunded or credited.

You must give accurate and complete information in the health questionnaire and tell us about any relevant change in your health before each visit.

You may reschedule or cancel a booked session by contacting us in advance. Sessions cancelled with reasonable notice will be refunded or credited in full; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or forfeit the session.

The exact notice period for free cancellation is being finalised and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Where you buy services online as a consumer you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, except for sessions already used or appointments you asked us to provide within that period.

Session blocks (3, 5, 10 or 20 sessions) are personal to the purchaser unless we agree otherwise, and are designed to be used over a sensible window so you get the cumulative benefit — any validity period is confirmed at the time of purchase.

Memberships (Essential, Recovery+, Elite Performance) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel your membership at any time ahead of the next billing date; benefits already accrued in the current period remain available until the period ends.

Gift vouchers are redeemable by code against sessions and services at the studio, are not redeemable for cash, and must be used by any expiry date stated on the voucher.

Our services are provided as wellness services, not medical treatment. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy at our studio is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this website should be read as a medical claim about your individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness or therapy programme — particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescribed medication.

The other recovery services we offer (red-light therapy, compression boots, cold plunge, magnesium pool) are not HBOT and are offered for comfort and recovery. Individual results from any of our services may vary.

For everyone’s safety you must follow the team’s instructions at all times while at the studio, including during pressurisation and depressurisation. In particular:

• Do not take flammable materials, electronics with lithium batteries, or petroleum-based products into a chamber.
• Do not attend a session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
• Tell the team immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point during a session.

We may end a session early, or refuse entry, where continuing would put you, other clients or the team at risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked, losses not caused by our breach of these terms, or business losses. We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio, though we provide secure storage for items that cannot enter the chamber.

The content of this website — text, imagery, branding and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. The information on this site is provided in good faith for general information; we may update, correct or remove content at any time.

Where the site links to third-party websites or services, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes in our services, pricing structure or the law. The version published on this page at the time you book applies to that booking. Material changes to ongoing memberships will be notified to members in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also rely on the consumer protections and courts of your home nation.
